The focus of Denlabs is to explore how development of vertebrate nervous systems together with evolution has produced different adult brains. The present research thrust is forebrain organization in crocodilians.

University of California Irvine,
Indiana University School of Medicine, the Krasnow Institute of Advanced Study in the Department of Molecular Neuroscience, and is presently an
adjunct Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the
University of Utah.
